Shipping Online Orders

The VideoConference Store understands how important security is to you. When you place an order with us you can be assured that your order will be handled safely and securely.

PLEASE NOTE: *All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States.

If overseas shipment is required or you’re shipping to an APO/FPO or PO Box, please contact us as 303-932-2411 or email us at before ordering.

Shipping to U.S. Territories, Alaska, and Hawaii

Returns & Exchanges

Unlike our competitors, The VideoConference Store offers 15 day return privilege on purchases, excluding Warehouse Deals.  Please follow the below steps for returns:

  1. Please send a copy of your original invoice and place it inside the return package.  
  2. Pack the items carefully to avoid damage in transit. Please address your return package to:

  3. For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return with an insured method which can be tracked in case of loss (i.e., UPS, FedEx or insured Parcel Post).  Return shipping fees are non-refundable.  In case of damaged items, please contact The VideoConference Store immediately for assistance.

All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.  

Your return or exchange request will be processed promptly.  Most returns are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt.

NO returns are allowed on items purchased from our Warehouse Deals.

Damaged Items

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 1-888-821-7767.

Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

Item Availability:  Temporarily Out of Stock/Backordered Items

If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via email and advised of the expected ship date of the backordered item. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are available. Please be assured that you will not be charged for any item until it is shipped.
