Finally, we stand behind our products and solutions. We offer a 90 day advance replacement warranty, as well as additional extended warranties on certain products (up to three years). In some cases, we’ll even add the video conferencing equipment you already own to your warranty coverage with us.

We offer an extended 1 year and 3 year warranties on many systems that are operational (a no charge certification of operation may be required and will be conducted by The VideoConference Store).
