WARRANTY

All pre-owned products sold by the VC Store are covered by a 90 day (unless otherwise noted) "No Worries" warranty.  1 year and 3 year extended warranties are available on most products at an additional charge. 

If you have any Polycom ViewStations that are not covered under a maintenance program and would like to have coverage, contact The VideoConference Store. We offer 1 year and 3 Year "No Worries" warranty contracts on any ViewStation that is operational (a no charge certification of operation may be required and will be conducted by The VideoConference Store). Maintenance contract pricing is as follows:

• Polycom ViewStation H.323, 512, MP, SP 128, or SP 384 - 1 Year $295 / 3 Year $595
• Polycom ViewStation EX - 1 Year $395 / 3 Year $795
• Polycom ViewStation EX MP - 1 Year $495 / 3 Year $995
• Polycom ViewStation FX or VS4000 - 1 Year $595 / 3 Year $1295

The VideoConference Store "No Worries" warranty provides our customers with a replacement unit should you have a problem with a system which is covered by the warranty.  We will ship a replacement unit out via ground shipping at our expense typically within 24 hours of the trouble call.  You can request a faster shipping method at an additional charge.
